Workout Wednesday

I've mentioned that Brad and I have recently started a new exercise program, and that we've been sticking to it! We're (loosely) following a plan from and are really enjoying it. I've never been real into weightlifting (besides BodyPump while I was in college), but am finding that I am really enjoying this lifting program. After two weeks I already feel stronger and have been able to increase my weights. Here's our workout from Wednesday, just to give you an idea of what we've been up to:

Tonight we're off to have dinner with some friends. I've made some new recipes to take for dessert, and I'll be sure to share them with you soon (if they're a hit, that is). Until next time!
